( AF) Details concerning the DESL continue command.

(See example(s) of the use of the continue command.)
[Jump to the list of available options.]
General description of the continue command :

A previous DESL session suspended via the "hold" command can be resumed by execution of the "continue" command. Normally a "continue" command is the first command issued in a new DESL session, but it does not have to be. Be advised, however, that from the time of issuance of "continue" the current DESL session, as well as its entire environment, will revert to that of the session being continued. If any SIF file which had been generated during the session being continued has been altered since the corresponding "hold" command was issued, then those alterations will be reflected in the files pointed to by the session being continued.
.

(Begin modifications on 052102)

A session that was "held" on or before 5/21/02 (DESL version 6/21/02 or later) cannot be restarted via continue.
