BK) Details concerning the DESL
namecase command.Toggles the enforcement of "all-upper case" for SIF variable names; ie, with upper case enforcement in effect, any name entered which is, by definition or implication, a SIF variable name, will have each of its alphabetic characters forced to upper case BEFORE it is used in the function proper. If "upper" or "lower" follows the command on the command line then that state is enforced regardless of the current namecase state. It should be remembered that, by convention, SIF variable names have always contained only upper case characters. Therefore extreme care should be exercised when referencing or creating SIF variables which contain any lower case characters. (See "status" command.)
