General description of the whilelimit command :

If the user wishes to change the default allowable number of trips through a block of DESL commands delimited by while and endw the value following "whilelimit"/"wl will be this new number. The upper limit should be set relatively low to avoid a situation in which inadvertently an near-"infinite" loop is started. The default number of "while" trips is 100. If a negative while limit value is specified the while limit will be unlimited.
