There are several reasons one might want to or need to contact ViGYAN regarding some aspect of DESL. Unless otherwise stated all contact should be via email .

Specific reasons why contact may need to be made are the following :

1. To get help installing a downloaded version of DESL : email

2. To report errors in documented DESL functionality : email

3. To report errors in documentation : email

4. To make suggestions for improvements to DESL : email

5. To ask "how to" questions : email

   These questions will be answered as quickly as possible and will become eligible to be made a part of the FAQ/User Forum of experiences/suggestions etc. which will be continuously moderated to provide a useful source of practical user situations.

6. To pay for an annual subscription to the unrestricted version of DESL, discuss a current subscription or subscription problem to the unrestricted version of DESL : Call one of the phone numbers listed at the bottom of this page.
