General description of the endcreate command :

The "endcreate" command (which should have been preceded by the complimentary "create" command) turns OFF a state in DESL in which all input typed in would have been interpreted literally as that which would have been copied directly into the named file. The named file is closed at the encounter of this command and is available for use anywhere.
