namecase command.
namecase
Toggles the state of SIF name case enforcement.
In this example, if the state of SIF name case enforcement
is "as entered", then it is switched to "enforce upper", and
vice versa.
nc lower
In this example, the state of SIF name case enforcement is
set such that SIF variable names entered with lower case
characters are acceptable as entered and will not be converted
to all upper case characters.
