ViGYAN, Inc. Auction Services

ViGYAN Auction Services provides a convenient and cost-effective means for businesses and other organizations to dispose of excess equipment and inventory. ViGYAN supplies all the work to sell the items on Internet sites such as eBay; all the customer does is provide the items and a brief description.

The process works as follows:

• The customer identifies materials, equipment, and inventory that they would like to dispose of.
  
  
• They then provide these items to ViGYAN along with a description, condition, original price, desired price, and (if available) an electronic file of photographs of the item.
  
  
• ViGYAN will process this information into an attractive listing on the auction site, including incorporation of the photograph. If the photograph file is unavailable, we will take digital pictures of the item for use in the listing.
  
  
• ViGYAN monitors the bidding process, including coordination of any email questions regarding the item description and sales transaction.
  
  
• After the bidding is complete, ViGYAN takes care of processing the payments and shipping the order.
  

The key to successful auction transactions is prompt and efficient auction posting, payment processing, and shipping. This results in positive feedback from auction buyers, which in turn makes us an attractive seller. This maximizes the number of items sold by us and increases the prices that items will sell for. ViGYAN has an increasing "all-positives" feedback rating to assure that our Auction Services customers receive the best exposure and prices for their items.

The cost of the service is one-half of the sales price of the item. ViGYAN pays all eBay listing fees, and does the item posting, order processing, and shipping activities. The buyer usually pays for shipping charges. Since we also profit from a high selling price, our customers are assured of the best prices on their items without the work of handling the auction.
